ELEMENTAL Monterey

Rounding out our coverage of the newly-announced INDEX: Award honorees, in the HOME category, is ELEMENTAL Monterrey. Designed in 2008, the project is described as “a revolutionary new model for social housing in Mexico,” no doubt with application in other locales. The project represents the practice’s first project outside of its native Chile.
